Eaton Hall

Eaton Hall is the country house of the Duke of Westminster which is set within a large estate 1 mile (2 km) south of the village of Eccleston, Cheshire, England. The estate covers an area of about 10,872 acres (4,400 ha) within which is parkland of about 1,235 acres (500 ha) and formal gardens of around 50 acres (20 ha). These are listed at Grade II on the National Register of Historic Parks and Gardens. The boundaries of the estate generally follow field boundaries but on the east side they follow the line of the River Dee.
